Contributed to the staging of a rental building, focusing on creating an open and engaging amenity lounge designed to encourage resident interaction and community use. Responsibilities included furniture selection, procurement, and staging execution, with an emphasis on selecting modern, durable furnishings and materials suited for high-traffic use. The design approach incorporated playful, lively colour accents within a contemporary framework, supporting a vibrant yet functional communal environment directly connected to the building’s vestibule.
