The Kip District - Phase 2 - Condo Building
Furniture selection for the lobby, party room, dining, and guest suite were curated to reflect a modern, welcoming aesthetic. Rich dark blue accents add depth and sophistication to shared spaces, while the guest suite features warm, neutral tones to create a cozy, hotel-inspired atmosphere—all thoughtfully chosen to balance style, durability, and comfort.
