Project 03

Contributed to the design development and documentation of a boutique condominium project. Responsibilities included developing design concepts and presentation materials, preparing working drawings, rendering packages, and coordinating interior finishes, fixtures, and specification packages for residential and amenity spaces. This role further developed a meticulous approach to coordination, specification, and execution. ​

​Also, contributed to the design and execution of the sales centre, including the preparation of working drawings, furniture selection and procurement, and the styling & staging. This role highlighted how thoughtful curation and styling can influence perception, storytelling, and user engagement. Additional insight regarding my role and project involvement is available upon request.
